Zolvix™: Broad-Spectrum Oral Sheep Wormer

Zolvix™ is a highly effective, broad-spectrum oral sheep wormer containing monepantel from the anthelmintic Group 4-AD (orange drench). It is designed to treat gastrointestinal worms in sheep and can be used across all age groups, including lambs as young as 2 weeks old, pregnant ewes, and breeding rams. Zolvix is ideal for mid-to-late-season lamb treatments and for quarantine dosing to protect your flock from resistance.

Dosage:
Administer Zolvix at a rate of 2.5 mg monepantel per kg of bodyweight. Accurate bodyweight assessment is crucial for correct dosing. When treating groups, sort animals by weight to ensure proper dosage.

Target Worms:
Zolvix treats and controls a wide range of gastrointestinal worms, including:

• Haemonchus contortus
• Teladorsagia circumcincta (and other species)
• Trichostrongylus species
• Cooperia species
• Nematodirus species
• Chabertia ovina
• Oesophagostomum venulosum
  (*including inhibited larvae)

Administration:
Administer Zolvix orally as a single treatment using a drenching gun. Shake the container thoroughly, and ensure proper cleaning and calibration of the equipment before and after use.

When to Use:

• Mid-late season break dose: For lambs to remove all worms, including resistant strains
• Quarantine dose: For incoming stock to protect against the introduction of resistant worms

Withdrawal Periods:

• Meat and offal: 7 days
• Milk: Do not use in ewes producing milk for human consumption, including during the dry period.
