W.E. Jameson & Son Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to W.E. Jameson & Son ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

Products: All items available for sale on our website, including but not limited to Plant Protection Products (PPPs) and veterinary medicines.

PPPs: Plant Protection Products, commonly referred to as pesticides, used to protect plants or plant products.

Veterinary Medicines: Products classified as POM-VPS, used in the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases in animals.

3. Compliance with UK Regulations

3.1 Plant Protection Products (PPPs)

All PPPs sold by us have the necessary authorisations required by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

Customers must use PPPs in accordance with the product label instructions and the Code of Practice for Using Plant Protection Products.

Customers are responsible for the safe storage and proper disposal of PPPs to prevent harm to human health and the environment.

3.2 Veterinary Medicines (POM-VPS)

We are registered with the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) to sell POM-VPS medicines online.

Only POM-VPS authorised medicines are available for sale.

Customers must use these products according to the product label and any professional advice provided.

4. Customer Obligations By purchasing PPPs or veterinary medicines from us, you confirm that:

You are over 18 years old.

You will use all products responsibly and in compliance with UK laws.

You will store, handle, and dispose of products safely.

You will follow all relevant label instructions.

5. General Website Terms

All website details, including prices, are subject to change.

Prices shown are correct at the time of publication.

Prices and product availability are subject to change. If we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.

All images on the website are the intellectual property of W.E. Jameson & Son and are digitally embedded. Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.

Images are for illustration purposes only and may not always reflect the actual product.

6. Orders and Payments

Payment must be made at the time of order unless a credit facility has been prearranged.

Orders will only be processed upon receipt of cleared funds.

W.E. Jameson & Son reserves the right to refuse an order at its discretion.

7. Delivery

We aim to deliver goods within 14 days. Any delays will be communicated.

W.E. Jameson & Son is not liable for any delay in delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Outside of this time frame, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Claims for defective products must be made within 6 months.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the value of the order.

We are not liable for any consequential losses unless such losses were foreseen by both parties at the time of contract.

These exclusions do not apply to personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

10. Vouchers & Discount Codes

Only one discount code per transaction.

Discount codes cannot be applied to Special Offer or Bundled items where discounts are already included.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
