1. Do I need a qualification to purchase plant protection products (PPPs)?

Yes. Certain PPPs listed on our website are classified as professional use only and require you to hold an appropriate PA1 and PA2 or equivalent certification. You will be required to confirm this before purchase. If you are unsure about your qualification, please get in touch before ordering.


2. Can I buy veterinary medicines from your website?

Yes, we stock POM-VPS (Prescription Only Medicine – Veterinarian, Pharmacist, SQP) licensed veterinary medicines. These can only be sold under the supervision of a qualified SQP (Suitably Qualified Person). You will be asked for relevant information during checkout to ensure compliance.


3. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view past orders, save your information for faster checkout, and manage returns more easily.


4. How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery is typically within 5–7 working days, but please allow up to 14 days during busy periods. If there are any delays, we will contact you directly.


5. Do you offer returns?

Yes, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first to arrange a return. Please note: We cannot accept returns for veterinary medicines or PPPs due to safety regulations.


6. How should I store PPPs or animal health products?

Always follow the storage instructions on the product label or SDS (Safety Data Sheet). Generally, products should be kept in a cool, dry, and secure place, away from children, animals, food, and water sources.


7. Where can I find product labels or safety data sheets (SDS)?

You can find labels and SDS documents on each product page under the “Label/SDS” tab. If you can’t locate the document you need, please get in touch and we’ll provide it.


8. Can I collect my order in-store?

Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Simply choose “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection from our store.


9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. For trade customers, credit account terms may be available upon request.


10. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

We have a toggle which allows you to see product prices including and excluding VAT.
