Returns Policy

At W.E. Jameson & Son, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our country store. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy outlined below:

Returns Procedure:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing within 7 working days of your delivery.

Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at sales@wejameson.co.uk to notify us of your intention to return.

Packaging: Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

Please remember to obtain Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money less any carriage charges within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Conditions for Returns:

Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unused Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item being returned to us. Postage costs will not be refunded on unwanted items. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery and preferably signed for as damaged with the courier on receipt of the goods. Damaged goods can only be returned or refunded within 7 working days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused in any way at all. We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us.

If returns arrive in poor or unsalable condition the refund will not be available.

Animal Medicines

Regrettably, due to our status as an authorised distributor of veterinary medicines, under the regulation of both The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and Veterinary Medicine Directorate (VMD), we are unable to accept returns of medications, as these products cannot be resold. This regulatory measure is in place to guarantee the well-being of your animals as returned medicines may have been compromised by improper storage or tampering. Nevertheless, we are pleased to offer a safe disposal service for any unused medication.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns procedure outlined above and indicate the replacement item you would like. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
