The Tru-Test JR5000 is a high-performance livestock weigh scale indicator designed for recording animal weights, Electronic ID tags and Visual ID tags. It helps farmers replace guesswork with accurate weighing data, making it easier to monitor individual animal performance, weight gain and history.

Using Tru-Test Superdamp IV technology, the JR5000 captures live animal weights quickly and accurately, even when animals are moving. Built-in Bluetooth allows connection to Tru-Test EID readers, so scanned tag numbers can be transferred directly into the indicator, while VID numbers can also be entered manually using the large keypad.

The JR5000 can store up to 1 million records across 1,000 weighing sessions and allows information to be transferred by mobile device, USB memory stick or computer. Sessions can also be uploaded by Wi-Fi to Datamars Livestock cloud software for easier data management and reporting.

Designed for tough farm use, the JR5000 has an IP67 water, dust and shockproof case, rubber bumpers, a bright 7 inch screen and long battery life for use in the yard, shed or field.
