Application:

Mix 200g of colostrum powder with 1,800ml of warm water (40ºC) to make 2 litres of ready to feed liquid, which should be fed warm for best results. Or mix 200g of colostrum powder into maternal colostrum to enhance its quality.

For oral administration to calves as soon as possible, or at least within 6 hours of birth. Reconstitute in warm water (40ºC) to form a palatable solution for oral administration.

Ensure all utensils are kept scrupulously clean. Use clean fresh water at all times. Never mix colostrum with boiling water or re-heat in a microwave as this will damage the milk proteins and vitamins.

Use warm water (40ºC) and make only to demand.

Do not leave to stand for more than 2 hours.

For animal use only.
Only one feed (200 grams) should be necessary although a second may be given as an energy source within 24 hours if required.
