Equest Horse & Pony Wormer Gel

Equest is a broad-spectrum oral wormer gel for horses and ponies, containing moxidectin 18.92mg/g. It is used for the treatment of moxidectin-sensitive internal parasites, including large redworm, small redworm, roundworm, pinworm, hairworm and bots.

Equest is effective against adult and larval stages of small redworm, including developing intramucosal stages. It also suppresses small redworm egg excretion for 90 days, making it a useful option as part of a strategic horse worming programme.

Each syringe treats a horse up to 700kg bodyweight, with 25kg graduations to help with accurate dosing. Bodyweight should be checked using a scale or weight tape before treatment to reduce the risk of underdosing or overdosing.
