Envy 3L
Envy 3L
Envy is remarkably efficient against buttercups, dandelions, clover, plantains, chickweed, and an extensive array of annual and perennial weeds. However, it may adversely affect clover. Its short re-entry interval of at least 7 days post-spraying makes it exceptionally adaptable for pasture owners. Envy stands out as one of the few herbicides safe for use on newly established grass, particularly when applied at the recommended lower dose rate of 1.0-1.5 L/ha, after grass tillering has commenced. Envy contains an active ingredient that enhances its efficacy in cooler temperatures, enabling application between February 1st and November 30th, thus targeting chickweed before flowering and minimizing its impact on grass growth.
Key points:
Envy provides robust control against buttercups, dandelions, and various annual and perennial weeds.
Effectively manages chickweed in both established and newly established grasslands, exhibiting superior performance compared to fluroxypyr in temperature fluctuations.
Suitable for use on newly established leys.
Offers a wide application period, spanning from February 1st to November 30th.
A minimum re-entry interval of 7 days post-spraying before grazing animals return to the field, which may need to be extended if poisonous plant foliage is present.
No manure restriction, allowing immediate utilization in gardens and allotments.
Rainfast within 2 hours of application.
Suitable for both boom spray and knapsack application.
Application and notes guidance:
For newly sown leys, target small and actively growing weeds.
Envy's efficacy is limited to weeds present at the time of application.
If weeds are larger than ideal, trim back the sward and treat the regrowth.
Allow 2-3 weeks post-cutting before applying Envy.
Maintain a 4-week gap between spraying and grass cutting for optimal herbicide effectiveness.
Avoid rolling or harrowing grass 10 days before or 7 days after application.
Do not spray in areas where clover or other legumes are desired in the grass.
Grass seed can be stitched in 1 month after application.
Clover can be stitched in 3 months after application.
Grazing can resume just 7 days post-application.
Use Envy to replace straight fluroxypyr on chickweed, particularly effective in cooler conditions and at lower rates, ideally applied before chickweed flowering.
Thoroughly clean all spraying equipment after use.
